职位描述：
Purpose of the position
Finance supervisor perform the following tasks under supervision of the District Finance Manager:
Outstanding collection, bank in, providing regular outstanding/overdue report, registration of incoming invoices, reconciling accounts, preparing payments, tax fillings, maintaining customer & vendor information, duties will include but are not limited to following:

Key Tasks
Analysis & controlling:
? Monitor whole district various KPIs including overdue AR, unclosed files, non-job costing files and unbilled files before month end closing.
? Provide actual performance report and slides for whole

AR for PEK:
? Email and call customers/sales/ops, check and follow up the outstanding
? Send outstanding report to POC of operation & sales on a weekly basis
? Follow up the unmatched payments and clear them timely
? Assist sales teams for credit application
? Follow up the dispute payment, make sure to create DMT
? Check completeness of the ACR form submitted by requestor
? Assist for refund request
AP for SIA:
? Check & approve the incoming Fa Piao from vendors in SC
? Make reconciliation with Vendors on a monthly basis
? Apply the regular payments to Shanghai finance by weekly
? Apply down payment or same day payment case by case
? Check and confirm the payment to important vendor
? Push ops to provide UTN order number for parked invoices
? Follow up the vendor code creation process
TAX for PEK:
? VAT reconciliation on a monthly basis
? Tax declaration (VAT/CIT/Surcharge…)
? Other works assigned by tax bureau and SHA tax team
? Check the tax code/offset acct/currency used if meet the billing regulation
Treasury for SIA
? Citibank collection report on daily basis
? Cash & check report on weekly basis
? Deposit cash & check to local BOC
? Other works assigned by SHA treasury team
Others
? Supervise admin staff on adming work.
? Other admin tasks after aligned with both District Finance Manager and BUM
? Other tasks assigned by District Finance Manager
