RESPONSIBILITIES
？ Assist in planning and leading promotional activities of bathroom fixtures and fitting products in professional channel in PRC.
？ Assist in carrying out ad hoc promotions to support the company’s marketing strategies and achieve set business objectives within a specific time frame. These promotions may conduct in company key account.
？ Implement communication programs and merchandising support including seminars, trade shows, road shows, events, advertising and marketing materials.
？ Liaise with vendors and suppliers for POP or merchandising items.
？ Evaluate and implement each advertising and promotion support program to beat competition.
？ Manage and co-ordinate with relative dept./team to assist the sales team to upgrade the sales tools.
？ Build and maintain database.
？ Budget, financial process and cost carrying out.
？ Travel to other provinces will be required.
RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
? Report to Sr. Trade Marketing Manager - Professional Channel, Marketing Dept.
? Frequently contacts with the Regional Sales Managers and other functional managers of Kohler China
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
？ University graduate in business related disciplines
？ With a minimum of 4-5 years functional experience in consumer and trade promotions with Joint Ventures (JV) or Wholly owned Foreign Enterprises (WOFE), preferably with reputed consumer-driven multinationals in the PRC
？ Preferably with reputed real estate company experience in Marketing/Trade Marketing.
？ With a sound knowledge of retail merchandising
？ Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
？ Previous exposure to public relations job would be a definite advantage
？ Adaptable, initiative and able to meet deadline in a tight schedule with minimal supervision
？ Pleasant, mature, self-motivated and meticulous
？ A team player and with good organization skills
？ Willing to travel when required by business
