Be part of the commercial team and focus on large investment project (LIP) sales in South/North of China. The sales need to manage the LIP projects from initiating the project team to being involved in business negotiation associated activities. This position will also act as interface between regional sales, internal teams, external resource and customers to prepare the sales strategy for the LIP project and smooth the execution.
Responsibilities:
? Meets or exceeds large investment project (LIP) sales targets.
? Initiate LIP project, establish the project team, making the project schedule and kick off the project.
? Be responsible for the project execution. Monitor the project progress, call on regular project meeting and make sure the project will be well on track.
? Partner with regional sales and LIP related teams, build regular communication and cooperation and coordinate project team activities.
? Establishes and maintains influential relationships at all levels. Actively identify & develop high level relationships with our customers who have decision-making. Partner with Sales Senior Leadership to manage resources and time appropriately across the region/territory.
Qualifications:
? The ideal candidate must be highly motivated and self-directed
? Strong communication (verbal/written), interpersonal, and organization skills.
? Good understanding about the pharmaceutical industry application (Especially bio-pharm).
? Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
? Good presentation skills.
? Minimum Bachelor Degree in pharmaceutical sciences, life sciences, chemistry, biochemistry.
? At least 5 years sales experience or 3 years project management experience.
