一、职位名称：ＶＩＰ Ｅｎｇｌｉｓｈ Ｃｕｒｒｉｃｕｌｕｍ Ｃｏｎｓｕｌｔａｎｔ 朗弗英语ＶＩＰ英语课程咨询师（北京）

主要职责
Main Responsibilities

1. Introduce one-on-one courses to high potential clients thru the phone.
Successfully handle initial inquiries from individual clients and companies.
通过简明达意的电话咨询为潜在意向客户解答一对一外语培训课程相关问题
2. Maintain an active dialogue with potential clients and serve them by heart.
Schedule appointments for all potential customers in the training center.
了解学员学习需求,为意向客户主持试听课程并提出有效学习方案
3. Convince clients to purchase language programs based on their needs.
Monitor personal sales performance and meet or exceed individual sales targets monthly.
跟进课费支付流程,保持稳定业绩表现并协助团队逐月完成销售任务
4. Complete Consultant's diary and co-work with fellows efficiently.
Attend regular meetings and training sessions and complete Daily Sales Report monthly.
按时完成顾问日记,与团队成员高效合作, 定期参加会议和培训, 提交销售月报

5. Demonstrate a high level of teamwork and accomplish other tasks delegated by the management.
展现出高水平的团队合作精神,圆满完成相关工作

职位要求
Essential skills and Requirements

1.Bachelor degree or above required, Excellent English language expression ability (TEM8 is preferred).
本科及以上学历,英语专业八级通过者优先聘用
2. Sales Experience and service orientation in English language center or similar educational service.
具备语言培训类产品或其他相关销售经验和充沛的服务精神
3. Flexibility to work on weekends as required and high level problem-solving skills
适应灵活的工作时间及具备较强的解决问题能力
4. Good at using Windows Office Software, Such as MS Word, PPT, and Excel.
熟练操作Windows办公软件,如: Word, PPT, Excel等
5. Be a team member with optimistic attitude, high responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
具备合作精神及乐观的态度,高度的责任感,并适应在压力下工作
