职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:
-to ensure information related to Direct Sourced Products is accurately held and maintained within Quality Assurance Management System.
-to provide technical support in terms of product development, product quality, product testing / bench marking. Closely work with sourcing and supply chain team on project management to achieve business delivery with assurance on product quality and other relative quality requirements.
-to work closely with company’s QA UK colleagues to contribute towards creation of product specifications.
-to sign off Silver and Gold samples to a pre defined specification in factories where appropriate.
continuously improve company branded product ranges by implementing changes to product quality or production processes as agreed and approved by the Category QA Manager.
-assess supplier’s ability to manufacture product to our pre-defined specification. Cooperate with factories to amend internal production systems based on product reviews, customer returns data and UK feedback.
-to review appropriate standards (BS, EN etc) and to verify factories 3 rd party certificates.


Key Requirements:
-professional/Technical Qualification or degree, in an appropriate field from a reputable University.
-fluent Mandarin and English communication
-able to demonstrate in-depth detailed knowledge of (or capability of) British & European product safety & technical standards and associated compliance certification.
-able to demonstrate an in depth working knowledge of QA practices and methodology.
-able to demonstrate practical experience of Supplier, Factory, CSR (Ethical) and ISO9000 audits and respective International standards/Audit criteria.
-practical experience of Process Audit and Process Engineering.
-working experience within a technical role appropriate to the advertised role.
