I. Compensation policy and programs:
1.Design, develop and administer compensation policies and programs in line with the C&B strategy.
2.Keep track of market C&B trends and practices. Analyze the industry survey data to propose action plans to improve external pay competitiveness.
3. Annual salary review and off-cycle review.
II. Benefits scheme:
1.Design and optimize the benefits scheme based on business needs.
2.Annual review for benefits vendors, like insurance vendors, to continuously improve cost efficiency and service of the vendors.
III. Incentive scheme:
1. Design and optimize the incentive scheme based on business needs.
IV. C&B strategy and people cost budget:
1.Next 5 years forecast aligned with the C&B strategy.
2.Annual people cost budget.
3.Human capital ROI analysis for working efficiency improvement.
V.Others:
1.Parter with HRBP to provide C&B services in a timely and accurate manner.
2.SAP system enhancement.
3.Other ad hoc projects.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree with at least 5 years working experience in C&B Functions, semiconductor manufacturing background is a plus.
2. Have relevant experience with proven successful track record of designing and implementing C&B programs and HR systems, familiar with SAP is a plus.
3. Demonstrated project management skills.
4. Familiar with labor law and regulations.
5. Mature, hands-on, logical thinking, highly flexibility and sensitive acumen of business.
