Task description:
职位描述

Define and implement customers development plan, according to company development strategy
根据公司发展规划，制定客户的开发计划并实施

Follow up of important customers project requests, according to market situation, keep very good business relationship with customers
根据市场情况，对重点客户进行有效的跟踪，与客户保持良好的商业关系

Analyse the market trends, develop new business opportunity according to company commercial strategy
分析市场形势，根据公司商务战略寻找市场机会

Cooperate with other company departments, decide the conditions of business contracts with customers and manage the business contracts
同公司各部门进行协调和沟通，决定与客户项目合同条件，项目合同的管理

Work together with technical departments to accomplish the projects bidding process
与相关技术部门配合共同完成项目的竞投标工作

Support the technical departments to manage and monitor the ongoing projects, cooperate with other departments in the collection process, assure the project is successfully completed
配合技术部门对项目实施过程进行管理和监控，并在项目收款过程中配合各部门工作，保证项目顺利完成

Write weekly, quarterly and yearly commercial reports
商务报告：周报，季度，年度


Requirements:
任职要求：

Bachelor degree or above in economics, management, marketing, sales, automotive engineering or any other comparable final degree
本科以上学历，经济管理，市场营销等专业优先考虑

More than two years working experience of management, sales or technical in automotive industry
两年以上汽车行业管理，或销售工作经验

Be familiar with research and development process of automotive industry, have knowledge about European and American automotive companies
熟悉汽车研发业务和流程，对欧美汽车制造公司有一定的了解

Strong sales and market development competence, good communication skills with customers and customer relationship management
具有很强的市场开发和销售能力，善于与客户沟通和客户关系维护

Rich marketing experience, enjoying challenging tasks
丰富的市场营销经验，喜欢具有挑战的任务

Open-minded, have good occupation moral and ethics
积极主动、性格开朗、有良好的敬业精神和职业道德操守

Fluent English written and spoken
英语流利

Strong sense of responsibility, strong dedication, can work under high pressure
