Job Description for Customer Service Representative

Main Responsibilities:
- Providing high level of customer service, communicating with internal department to ensure customer orders processing smoothly;

- Daily communication with customers directly to do the stock checking, delivery tracking, shipment schedule to ensure customer order delivery on time, etc.

- Handling inquiries from internal & external customers and complaint solution;

- To fulfill sales order and provide documents supporting;

- Service Data & Reporting structuring management

- To cooperate with planner for material supporting

-To perform other duties assigned by line manager

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree;
- More than 1 years customer order management experience in foreign invested companies;
- Chemical company background & customer service experience is preferred;
- Good computer skills especially in Excel, Word & Power Point;
- ERP system experience is preferred, especially in SAP;
- Good interpersonal communication skills;
- Self-motivated and high integrity;
- Be able to work independently and under pressure;
- Proficiency in oral and written English;
