职位描述：
Primary Function:
Full life cycle of recruitment

Major Responsibilities and Duties:
1) Collaborate with Hiring Managers in managing the recruitment process of sourcing, selection, interviewing, offering;
2) Work with function heads to identify current and future hiring needs and support workforce planning strategies;
3) Build up a strong candidate pool and build diverse sourcing strategies with a strong focus on direct sourcing and leveraging proactive recruitment channels.
4) Proactively involve in various recruiting programs
5) Other tasks assigned by the company

Qualifications:
1) Bachelor degree or above with 3-5 years related experience, recruiting firm experience in healthcare industry preferred
2) Demonstrated strengths in recruitment and selection processes
3) Strong communication skills, analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
4) Passion for exceeding expectations at all times
5) Good commanded in both oral and written English
