职位描述：
Main Responsibilities主要职责：




1. Assist plant director to ensure company compliance to national law and regulations.

协助厂长，确保公司运营符合国家法律法规要求；

2. Organizes periodic inspections of company facilities, equipment and operations to detect existing potential risk, health or environmental hazards and recommends corrective measures where applicable.

定期组织检查工厂的设备设施和操作，识别潜在风险、职业健康与环境的危害，并建议合适的纠正措施；

3. Participate in ISO14000\OHSAS18000 and Work Safety Standardization System buildings.

参与ISO14000\OHSAS18000和安全生产标准化的建立；

4. Assess new products, equipment, processes and facilities for hazard identification and compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards; making recommendations if necessary.

评估新产品、设备、流程和设施的风险识别，以符合法规要求和公司标准;必要时提出建议；

5. Make sure that the operations related to occupational health, chemical, special work, special equipment, hazardous waste, waste classification should be in effective control in plant and in compliance with relevant requirement.

确保职业健康、化学品、特殊工作、特种设备、危险废物和废物分类的相关的操作应在工厂内有效控制并符合相关要求。

6. Conducts relevant EHS monitoring with other departments and analyzes the actual data to identify opportunities for improvement, and be sure of continuous improvement in EHS job.

7. Prepare data and information of daily, monthly EHS meeting.

准备每日及月度EHS会议的数据和信息；

8. Responsible for PPE procurement and standard management.

9. EHS training for employee and contractor.

负责员工与供应商EHS培训。

10. Responsible for the establishment and implementation of emergency system.

负责紧急预案建立与实施。

11. Monitor the maintenance on fire fighting system/spray system, provide fire safety training.

消防系统维护管理与培训

12. Finish relevant report according to company's requirement and local government.

根据工厂和当地政府要求完成相应报告；

13. Acts as a liaison with government, external regulatory agencies, suppliers and other organizations.

负责与当地政府、外部监管机构、供应商和其它组织的沟通联络

14. Other EHS matters appointed by plant director

厂长交待的其它事务。

 

Requirements任职要求：

1. Bachelor’s degree. Major in safety or environment management, machinery manufacturing and automation, chemical process or relevant fields.

2. 3+ years professional experience in EHS field. Chemical industry experience is preferred

3. Knowledge of safety regulations and laws, standards.

4. Analytical capability

5. Good communication in English and Chinese
