Job description:
1. New project involved purchased imposed and passthrough parts being the contact person for any quality issues inside the team for OEM and supplier as well as for sub suppliers
2. Realization of check and releases according to the requirements from OEM
3. TS 16949 VDA6.3 VDA6.5& ISO 14001 or equivalent system within HBPO China or with projects
4. Reviewing internally including suppliers for the continuous improvement.
5. Realization of process and product audits internally as well as with suppliers and OEMs.
6. New project quality requirements full support person with suppliers and OEMs.
7. Realization of internal and customer requirements with the supplier.
8. Confirming the measures systems, processes, devices, etc.) taken into the production stage to cope with requirements.
9. Fixing tolerances, specifications or limit samples, getting agreement of customers, internally and suppliers
10. Following with supplier quality issues and elaborating practical solutions with supplier to achieve the necessary quality level.
11. Following the quality of prototypes and pre-serial development stages and take necessary action to settle the problems until SOP.
12. Realization of measuring at the single components during development stage until SOP
13. ISIR(PPAR) documents prepare and submit as per customer phase and change related as per the timeline.
Requirements
1. General knowledge of quality assurance and measuring technologies
2. Minimum 2-3 years automotive experiences. On quality department issues.
3. IMDS/SQMS knowledge as prefer
4. VDA 6.3 certificate
5. Familiar with TS 16949.
6. Working experience 1-2 years on BBAC/DAIM project as prefer.
