PureLiving is seeking a talented individual to manage the installation, commissioning and debugging of its proprietary indoor environmental control system. You will be responsible providing the support to project stakeholders relating to the planning, deployment, debugging, training, ongoing support and continued development of our ECS network control system. This individual will report to the Engineering Manager.

The network control system allows air filtration and ventilation equipment to be networked together and controlled from our cloud platform. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team working in indoor environment and the Internet of things IoT.

Responsibilities:
- Planning and managing the deployment and onsite debugging of the network control system
- Long term monitoring the network control system, checking bugs and giving optimization suggestions
- Ad-hoc site visits for bug fixes and maintenance
- Working with the development team to provide feedback and suggestion for optimizing the system
- Creating relevant training materials and marketing material
- Ensure existing and new products meet national and internal codes of compliance for performance and usability
- Provide training to inspire and enthuse users of the product
- Implement or support marketing campaigns
工作职责：

- 负责我公司净化器云集控系统的运维
- 云服务器端的例行检查和故障筛查排除
- 客户本地服务器的故障筛查排除
- 系统软件硬件开发升级
- 可自行发现、评估、修正简单的软硬件bug
- 与研发外包团队合作推进系统的功能持续升级完善，包括软硬件端的升级
- 建立相关培训资料和宣传资料，并对新用户和新员工进行培训
- 支援公司其他部门对于净化器云集控系统的咨询和使用

Requirements:
- Professional experience with network or cloud based systems
- Working and practical knowledge of networking and data communication fundamentals including Ethernet, and routing protocols TCP/IP, HTTP
- Basic knowledge of electrical engineering
- Ability to work on a construction site and manage installation crews
- Ability to identify, and troubleshoot performance of systems and identify system bottlenecks
- Friendly, inquisitive personality, with the ability to self-manage and complete tasks independently
- Confidence when engaging with clients
- Detail oriented
- Native mandarin with English written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent Auto CAD, Word, PowerPoint skills.
