职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责装修工程的成本测算、投标、结算

2、负责装修合同的跟进及管理

3、负责跟进工程的材料款及工程款，审核工程款及材料款的支付

4、精通施工成本管控并有效推行成本管理

5、跟踪项目施工过程中的成本控制、签证及内外部核算工作

6、熟练运用各种预算软件，精通图纸，熟悉定额，计量规则，计价软件

7、熟练使用上海市定额及国际通用合同报价，编制装饰工程预决算

8、具有现场管理施工经验者，熟悉材料及施工工艺者优先

资格要求：

1、沟通协调能力、应变能力强，为人谦虚上进，工作认真负责

2、具有五年以上工装施工单位工作经验者

3、工程造价等相关专科以上学历者
