职位描述：
Job responsibilities:

1. Project Coordination
Sourcing and negotiate with vendors to have solutions and quotations.
Processes and tracks all signature progress, delivery progress, payment progress, handover progress etc.
Coordination of meetings/calls with internal members and external vendors.
Close communication with the team members and vendors to track the progress of task completion status.
Support manager to do analyse and other documents as per specified requirements.
2. Administrative Support
Maintain meeting and appointment calendar for Managers
Facilitate communication with project team members and other parties.
Make meeting minutes, weekly report etc.
Prepare CER supporting documents etc.
Help with translation and eternal training etc.
3. At-hoc
Supporting team if need some analysis
Supporting project as per requirement

Job requirements：

1. Better to have working experience in factory, construction or office set-up
2. 3- 5 years working experience as a project member and at least 2 years as Specialist in MNC
3. Time management and organization skill
4. Good Communication skills and Coordination skills
5. Passion, fast leaner, open and willing to take challenge, adapt to change mind set
6. Responsive, drive to detail, precise and dedicate to work
7. Quick learning
8. Bachelor degree or above
9. Fluent English in written and verbal
