Brand Development
? Support marketing manager to develop 2018-2020 marketing plans and implement in later stages.
? Support marketing manager to qualify creative and media agencies through pitches in late 2017 , and work with them to deliver marketing tactics.
? Develop and manage content-based Social Media includes but not limit to Wechat & Weibo, and corporate website;
? Develop and optimise online marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition especially on platform of E-commerce;
Product Development
? Analyse and investigate price, demand and competition from market.
? Manage agency to conduct market research with focus group approach, produce input to management for decisions
? Lead product assortment internal review and new products evaluation each 6 months to decide assortment for next phase
? Own and maintain product master file—with details on each SKU including production details, packaging and margin structure.
? Identify core product ranges and develop promotional annual plans by product and deploy to sales team.
