Job Responsibilities:
Client Service
Serve existing client of both global referral client and local indigenous client;
Maintain high service level according to company standard and procedure;
Retain existing client relationship and defend against competitor's attack to renewal business
New Business Development
Strengthen existing client relationship and develop new business opportunities;
Work with other teams/departments to promote cross-selling;
Develop new business
Team Management
Provide guidance to team member in daily job, assure service meets or exceeds client expectations and protect the firm from Errors & Omissions (E&O);
Monitor the service quality and provide on going feedback to team member's work;
Assist to develop team member's professional skill and knowledge
Reporting and Analysis
Complete daily reports accurately and on time;
Manage revenue, budget, forecast, sales status, booking and revenue collection
Others
Complete other tasks assigned by line manager
Requirements:
5-10 years experience in insurance broker;
Language Skill: fluent in both writing and oral English;
Be familiar with the daily operation of international insurance broker firm or insurance company
