Detailed Descriptions:
The Worldwide ISV/OEM Sales is a sales team focusing ISV or OEM partner business for integrating Oracle technologies into partner’s products, applications & solutions. Our Sales Consulting team is looking for a solution architect to join the Greater China team to support our business in the region. The solution architect has his/her primary focus in supporting our business growth particularly for Telecommunication & its related industries (Telco industries) for both Information & Communication Technologies (ICT) solutions.
Job Requirements:
? Interacts and establishes trusted business relationships with key technical personnel of key partners & players in Telco industries.
? Demonstrate thought leadership in cloud computing across multiple channels and become a trusted advisor to decision makers.
? Acts as an architect to support solution and architecture design for partners with leverage of Oracle technologies.
? Supports sales opportunities by assisting responses to Requests for Proposals & providing architecture guidance to our partners.
? Supports our partners’ efforts in the development and implementation of their applications, systems and solutions.
? Interacts with peer sales and sales consultants in our organization and other Oracle business units.
? Ability to travel as required.
Skill, Qualification and Experience Requirements
? Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
? Min. 5 years of solid experience in Telco industries & solutions such as BSS/OSS, VAS, networking/SDN, CRM, BI & analytics, etc. Advantage for those having working experience with major Network Equipment Providers (NEPs), Telco ISVs & Telco carriers in China
? Demonstrated technical proficiency in Oracle database products. A must for Oracle RDBMS. Advantage for those with Oracle TimesTens and Hadoop.
? Excellent business discovery & solution architecture design experience as sales consultant, solution architect, or consulting architect roles
? Demonstrable excellence at planning, organizing and co-coordinating architecture activities with customers / partners for ICT solutions
? Demonstrable strategic thinking and strong business senses
? Strong analytics skills with the ability to think out of the box and develop creative solutions to complex problems. Energetic and passionate.
? Strong presentation & communication skills.
? Fluent in Mandarin and English while Cantonese is a value added.
