Title: Business Analyst - MM Life Sciences – Commercial Service

Main Functions and Responsibilities

1. Data management & Business Analysis

   
   
   

   • Responsible for commercial data management from various sources, manage the data diversity and data integratiy.

   
   

   • Drive progress, measure results, review effectiveness, and seek ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Especially on flat data management end to end. For example from customer segmentation definition to output from various reports local and globally.

   
   

   • In charge of the commercial data flow from ERP to BI systems, build up and governance standard data structure to ensure the reporting quality.

   
   

   • Drive collaboration with commercial and marketing stakeholders on data analysis.

   
   

   • Base on company availiable reporting structure to transform, governance user requirement, work closely with BT team to drive new reporting design and enhancement.




2. Incentive & Commission

   
   
   

   • Liaise relative key persons from cross departments for incentive & commission planning, calculation, information and feedback, include but not limited HR, Payroll, Finance Contorller, Sales Operation, Sales Head, Marketing managers, etc.

   
   

   • Ensure requested incentive and commission calculation results be submitted on time and no pending of deadline.

   
   

   • Drive collabration with stakeholders to collect feedback, and propose incentive plan and commission policy in order to align with business strategy.

   
   

   • Other tasks related to incentive & commission.




3. Business Effectiveness

   
   
   

   • According to business strategy, promote business tools & policies across MM LS business teams, such as

     
     
     

     salesforce.com etc.

   
   

   • Liaise with business team to gather information and feedback, tie up business requirement and working with cross function teams to improve business effectiveness.




4. Project Support

• Other requested tasks according to project requirement.

Qualification
