? Target for high product availability performance at all times and great service level to internal and external customers with timely root cause investigation for loss and improvement action planned.

? Closely corporation with the Strategic Business Unit (SBU), local team to ensure timely delivery of products based on generation of weekly procurement report and shipment tracking

? Capable to alert supply risk in advance with detail minded and work with global supply chain to update recovery plan and alternative plan

? Be pro-active in planning New Product Introductions and work closely with cross functions, such as Regulatory Affairs department to ensure a smooth launch to the market. Also, ensure all supply planning related master data set up correctly in system

? Participate or drive Greater China supply chain process optimization projects and enable implementation of system solutions from both global and local to improve service level as well as Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

? Ensure that the material master data are correctly set up in the systems and inventory data are accurate with a periodic maintenance and validation of these.

? Ensure that all quality requirements are complied with and quality objectives are met.

? Ability to work under pressure and stretch beyond the normal working hours if needed.

? 2-5 years of related experience in Supply Chain Planning preferably in a multi-national environment.

? Good business systems knowledge, ex. SAP R3/ECC and SAP APO.

? Great data analysis, problem solving and decision making skills.

? Detailed oriented to validate data and information communicated are correct for further decision.

? Good communication, presentation and inter-personnel skills with ability to work collaboratively.

? Fluent in English, both speaking and writing

? Experience in Healthcare / Life Sciences industries is desired.
