Job Description
? > Provide Salesforce L2 and L3 support services - Service Cloud, force.com & Veeva applications for an application deployed across 6 countries in Asia
? > Acknowledge and respond to incidents and service requests. Collaborate with business users and resolve issues in application
? > Prioritize tickets alongside BU and IT stakeholders across regions
? > Provide seamless communication to stakeholders for all application related issues
? > Track support metrics and ensure compliance. Create and present reports to work with cross-region teams to drive and implement continuous improvements that provide tangible business benefits
Job Requirements
? 6+ years of SFDC experience with experience in support projects. ITIL knowledge must, certification preferable
? Strong knowledge of service cloud and force.com solutions. Exposure to Veeva preferable
? Excellent communication skills . Should have demonstrated capabilities on working with sr. personnel in the organization
