职位描述：
- Accountable for Continuous Improvement goals and performance.
- Institute and manage appropriate portfolio, program and project control practices including status and risk reporting
- Supports and facilitates the Operations Center Leadership Team in improving the performance by utilizing continuous improvement methods and projects.
- Collaborates with management in the development of improvement plans and strategies.
- Develops CI training and programs to facilitate and drive the execution of those plans and strategies.
- Coordinates all CI programs and activities
- Documents improvement process learning and shares best practices

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS REQUIRED
Must
- Process Improvement – with demonstrated understanding and experience with process improvement tools and methodologies including Lean/Six Sigma, Lean Transformation, and Business Process Management
- Portfolio Management, Program and Project Delivery – with demonstrated understanding and experience with continuous improvement and business transformation tools and methodologies including consulting, Systems Development Lifecycle, change management and project management
- Technologies –– must have experience with business process management and workflow technologies
- Must be self-driven with the ability to develop and maintain project plans
- Strong process improvement and business transformation technical skills as well as project management
- Strong technical aptitude, ability to learn and design systems process flow
Preferred
- Knowledge of Process Automation technology
