职位描述：
1)与客户进行技术要求/协议的洽谈，就产品技术特点和方案与客户进行澄清；Responsible for the discussion with customer for the technical specification, and make the clarification for the new product highlights and scheme to customer.
2)实施和参加项目系统设计的技术评审，完成对客户技术要求的逐条响应，并将技术要求转化为设计开发的输入文件；Implementing the concept and system design review for the project, creating the CbC for customer technical specification, and transferring the specification to the internal design input form.
3)实施从投标阶段到调试结束阶段的项目管理，制定新项目的策划和计划，完成项目跟踪和项目管理，并控制项目成本。Responsible for the project management from project tender phase till to product commissioning succeed. Creating the project time-planning and tracking the projects regularly, ensuring to control the project budget
4)确保项目流程按照公司流程和IRIS流程进行，并进行相关文件管理，确保项目文件的完整性。Ensuring to do the project according to company process and IRIS process, meantime, doing the project documentation to make sure the project documents are completed
5)就项目工作，与公司内部职能部门、集团公司相关部门、客户及用户保持积极有效地沟通。Responsible for the positive communication with customer, end user and colleagues in company.
6)其他由部门领导指定的工作。Others assigned by the department head
任职要求：
1）铁路机车车辆、轨道车辆行业或压缩机行业工作经验 Working experience in Railway applications_Rolling stock or Compressor industry.
2）具备客户技术交流经验者优先；Preferred for experienced in customer technical communication
3）技术及项目管理工作经验优先；Preferred for experienced in technical and Project management
4）优秀的PPT制作和汇报能力。Excellent ability in preparing and presenting PPTs.
