职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、各类光学设备总体设计、工程化设计，输出设计文档与工艺文档。
2、完成光学技术创新、预研工作，跟踪测量领域***进展。
3、光学测试实验设计和执行。
4、绘制光学系统零部件零件及装配图，解决实际加工装配过程中存在的技术问题。
5、整理技术文献，编写技术文档。
任职资格：
1、光学工程、精密仪器、激光或光电子技术相关专业硕士以上学历；
2、具备光学系统设计能力，熟悉光学加工、装配与检测工艺，具备熟练装调光路的能力
3、在研发、调试等方面能够创新思路，顺利完成目标；
4. 熟悉应用光学相关知识及光学软件使用方法。
5. 熟悉光器件，具有相关的器件设计、封装或测试经验
6 熟悉激光原理、对光学、电子、机械等方面有全面的了解；
7、熟练掌握ZEMAX, TRACEPRO, LIGHTTOOLS, OPTICSWORKS, OSLO等常用光学设计软件；
8、英文熟练，能够独立查阅英文资料；
9、具有团队意识，乐于帮助他人；
10、工作认真负责，严谨细致，有良好的创新精神和团队精神。

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Opportunity to play a significant role in the establishment of models for optical systems;
*Design and modelling of optical devices and systems;
*Investigate and perform literature research to keep update with state-of-art technical development in measurement area.
*Design and Implementation of optical testing experiment.
*Design/Draw the configuration/parts/components/assembly of optical system in mechanical graphic software.
*Resolve technical problems in fabrication, manufacturing and assembly process;
*Review technical documents and write technical documentation.
*Attend project meetings, supplying specialist knowledge of optical systems.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will ideally have a thorough working knowledge of optical and precision engineering, in particular, interferometers, optical fabrication, and optical engineering. It also requires the candidate to have a solid ground knowledge of advanced mathematics and linear algebra. This is a fast paced role, requiring the candidate to be able to manage their workload, priorities and meet deadlines effectively. An ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management is essential.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
 *Strong background in optical design using ZEMAX\Solidworks\TracePro\lighttools\Opticsworks\OSLO for model generation, simulation and light analysis, for example,specification tolerance;
*Have a working knowledge of optical fabrication, assembly, and test, e.g. optical coating andfailure analysis;
*Beingadept in aligning and collimating optical setup;
*Think independently and innovatively in research and debugging while meeting the target.
*Have a working knowledge of applied optics and optical devices/apparatus. Possess experience of optical design、packaging and testing.
*Have a working knowledge of laser principle and comprehensive knowledge of optics, electronics and mechatronics.
*Competent with CAD software, SolidWorks is preferred.
