Position: Head of IT Operation and Infrastructure

Division/Department: ITP Region China

Location: Beijing

Main goals and objectives:

？ Responsibility for the management of the IT Service Team providing guidance, instruction, direction, coaching and leadership to the team members for the purpose of achieving department goals based on local and group defined action items.

Your Responsibilities:

？ Planning, Design, Implementation, Operation and Continuous Improvement of IT services based on company needs, in line with group and international standards (ITIL) in the IT Services and AMS area

？ Establishment of processes and corresponding documentation (process and knowledge management), and reporting

？ Manage and coordinate external service providers in the IT Service and AMS Area including:

o Technical and functional supervision of contracted parties

o Contract management

o Support hiring process for new service employees

o Monitoring and reporting

？ Project planning and execution ensuring cost- /schedule and scope adherence

？ Support budget planning processes, control the execution of projects and services (own and from team-members) within the planned budget in the IT Service and AMS Area

？ Technical consultancy for IT services in all regional companies

？ Responsible for assuring high-quality IT service delivery and customer satisfaction in accordance with the defined KPIs and set MBOs

General understanding of legal, purchasing and financial processes (Interfaces and business partners)

Our Requirements:

Necessary education:

? Master in computer science or equivalent

? Additional master in business administration or business science would be an advantage

Personal skills:

? Team leading experiences (Planning & Organization)

? Strong communication skill

? Ability to set and pursue targets independently

? Understanding of Financial aspects

? Customer-orientation

? Ability to work in a Intercultural environment

Working experience (in years):

? 5 years

Remarks (Language, IT Knowledge, Certificates etc.):

? Good English Skill (spoken and written)

? German would be an advantage

? PMP Advanced Project Management

? ITIL certification and experiences in ITIL consulting & training

? SAP Basis experience
