职位描述：
Responsibilities

? Responsible to conduct Cost analysis and Budget Estimate for Interior decoration works, and assist PM for preparation of Tendering Schedule.
? Responsible to draft Tender document and BOQ and follow up internal tendering procedure, and make sure Fairness and transparency throughout entire tendering activities and including Tender Clarification, Analysis and preparing the Tender Report as well as to take major duties of all documentation during Tender process.
? Responsible for VO evaluation and recording, and analyze impact to the original budget;
? Responsible to assess the final account and complete the settlement procedures
? Responsible to collect and brief all related purchasing and construction contract information and report to line manager, and look after all relevant payments etc during entire project
? Responsible to protect the confidentiality of all cost information and documentation
? To supervise and conduct contract administration.

Qualifications

? Familiar with Cost Management procedure, Cost Index and materials & equipment market price
? Skills and ability of Pre tender estimate, preparation and reviewing of budget and Final Account settlement
? Skills of tendering, contract negotiation and preparation
? Proficient to master Microsoft Word, Excel, Estimate Software etc.
? Over 2 years QS Consultant or Developer side working experiences
? Over 2 years BOQ production / VO Assessment / Final Account Settlement for ID Construction
? Middle level of Professional titles or Registered Cost Engineer will be preferred
? CET 4 / 6 will be preferred
? Has strong coordination skills and teamwork spirit
