Key Accountabilities:

1 Responsible for store operations management;

2 Responsible for store sales target, margin and cost control;

3 Responsible for store loss management, equipment maintenance;

4 Deal with all kinds of conflicts in customer complaints and service;

5 Strong management and execution skills;

6 Strong sense of product quality and service quality;

7 The recruitment and training of staff to do a good job of employee career planning;

Experience/ Knowledge/You have:

1 International food and beverage brand chain work experience is preferred;

2 More than five years experience in Western or coffee industry;

3 College degree or above, *** or ***;

4 0ver the age of 25;

5 Western food management experience is preferred
