Job Content:

1.Perform functions of a Sales Manager and Marketer:

a.Qualifying opportunities;

b.Quoting within authorized margin range, including instant quote for shortages;

c.Run "Meet Comp" or "Special Pricing" through Marketing;

d.Follow ups: Change orders, BIM, Shipping logistics, Discrepancies and RMA, Corrective Action Response.

2.Follow Standard Operating Procedures ("IN" and "OUT").

3.Provide daily activity reports to Corp.BPP Management.

4.Facilitate implementation of specific Future Corporate strategies and initiatives with BPs.

5.Security and Confidentiality:

a.Very high trust factor required for Program Managers;

b.Access to Future's confidential and proprietary information;

c.Ensure security at the BP workplace;

d.No sharing of cost information within the branch;

e.Sign NDA and non-compete agreement with Future prior to being assigned to a BP.

THIS PROGRAM IS CONFIDENTIAL AND PROPRIETARY TO FUTURE ELECTRONICS AND THE DETAILS ARE PRIVILIGED INFORMATION THAT SHOULD NOT BE DISCLOSED TO ANY ONE.

6.Other mandates:

a.Manage payment and credit issues;

b.Address supplier issues and communicate knowledge of obsolete and end-of-life parts to the BP;

c.Help the BP to tap into Future's Advanced Engineering Group and SDC for any issues with samples, technical design, component form, fit and function, supplier information, Component Superstore etc;

d.Obtain product training materials for Future non-franchised lines and provide them to Future Marketing teams in Montreal and Singapore;

e.Be aware of market intelligence as relating to suppliers, product, lead times, local prices etc;

f.Ensure that any issues with BP are resolved immediately and that business operations are smooth and easy.

Recommended credentials:

Qualifications

* Diploma or Degree in Business Management or Electrical Engineering.

Experiences

* At least 2 years of relevant experience

*Well verse in Microsoft Excel
