职位描述：
- Scope of MRO, Raw Material, Capital and Equipment sourcing, directly developing the sourcing strategies for our facilities in China, India and Thailand.
- Assure the implementation of procedures and policies to comply with he the Company and Corporate Governance and Internal Control Practices.
- Annual Sourcing Spend in the Region: 20 MUSD/Year =＞ 55% Steel, 29% Stampings, 5% Tubular Steel Components, 11% MRO and Others
- Purchasing Scope is divided in three segments:
- MRO Sourcing: Responsible for development of Purchasing Strategies and Service contracts striving for reduction of MRO inventory and annual spend, while also looking for Regional and Global synergies with other Regional Purchasing Coordinators.
- Raw Material (Stampings and other Steel Components): Direct leadership in the development of Purchasing strategies, Supplier Development and Contract negotiation for stamping and hydro formed components in the Asia Region, while aligning the Purchasing Process and capitalizing best practices from the Global Sourcing
- Raw Material (Steel): Negotiation of Steel Prices, Performance Criteria and Contracts in alignment to the Global Sourcing strategies.
- Capital and Tooling: Responsible for participating as support in occasional Purchasing projects as may be needed by the SBU’s or Regional Project Leaders.
- Regional Responsibility: As Regional Purchasing Coordinator, the scope will consist on assuring the implementation of the Purchasing Procedures, Policies, Sourcing strategies and service KPI’s for the region.
Global Responsibility: As member of the Global Sourcing Committee, the scope will consist on deploying the Purchasing Procedures and policies while contributing or leading in specific negotiations as may be required by the Global Sourcing Committee.

- Experience in the development and execution of sourcing strategies in the Automotive Industry
- Experience in developing and executing sourcing strategies in the areas of: Stampings, Steel, and Stamping Dies.
- Experience in developing and executing sourcing strategies for MRO and assembly processes.
- Experience in the markets of China
- Experience in supplier selection and evaluation based on Automotive Industry Standards
- Knowledge of productive processes with main
- Focus on Steel, Stampings and Stamping Dies.
- Domain of the negotiation process.
- Knowledge of import and export processes
- Budget Management knowledge
- Knowledge of Total Cost Evaluation techniques.
- Knowledge basic finances to assess suppliers financial condition and long term cost/benefit analysis.
- Knowledge of local sourcing regulations,
