-Schedule and log all inbound and outbound product and service delivery appointments;
-计划和记录所有进出站的产品与服务交付安排
-Track and trace all deliveries, and confirm delivery with customer;
-跟踪追寻所有的发货,并与客人确认交付
-Proactively inform customers of possible delays or delivery failures;
-主动告知客户可能的延误与交货失败
-Confirm purchase order receipt on ERP, and prepare fapiao, purchase order receipt, and relevant documents;
-确认在ERP上的购买存单,并备好发票,订单收据与其他相关文档
-Troubleshoot customer complaints and issues - make recommendations to resolve complex operational problems through a proactive approach with the Service Technicians and Sales Teams;
-对客户的投诉与问题进行故障排除-与服务技师和销售团队合作主动为提供合理有效建议
-Communicate through phone calls, emails, and chat applications with customers.
-通过电话,电邮或聊天软件与客户进行沟通
-Providing feedback and solutions in a professional and effective manner.
-专业而有效地提供反馈
-Generate Service Technician performance reports;
-提交服务技师月度业绩评估报告
-Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required;
-根据安排提交日、周和月度总结
-Perform Customer Service Air Test and Reports for all customers
-为所有客户提供空气测试与报告
-Control and Manage local inventory.
-控制和管理本地产品库存
-Control and Manage Demonstration machines and equipment.
-控制与管理演示机器与设备
-Assist sales and marketing departments with product demos, events, and public relations;
-协助销售和市场部门进行产品演示,推广活动与公关活动。
-Support all departments to provide the highest quality of customer service and support to the company’s clients.
-支持其他部门为客户提供高质量的客户服务和支持。
Qualification:
任职资格:
-College degree or equivalent
-大学专科或同等学历
-Minimum of 1-2 years experience at the same or equivalent position
-至少1-2年相同职位或同等职位经验
-Hands-on experiences such as: supply chain planning and fulfillment, logistics operation, service and warranty management
-具备供应链规划和实施,物流操作,服务和保修等实际工作经验
-Fluent oral and written Chinese and English
-流利的口语与中英文写作能力
-Good user knowledge of PC software
-会很好的使用电脑软件
-Service oriented, superior interpersonal and communication skills
-服务至上,并有良好的人际关系与沟通技巧
-Highly developed sense of responsiveness, both timely and accurate
-出色的应变能力,并且及时准确
-Willing and capable to work under pressure
