职位描述：
Reporting to China Operations Manager, the purpose of this role is to drive subcontractors in Production Control to achieve Just-In-Time deliveries to our customers. This includes tight Control of Production execution at subcontractors, Cycle Time and inventory monitoring, New Product Introduction and removing all constraints to realize the needed plans and urgencies.
Job scope:
Ensure correct starts and outputs in subcontractors, manage priorities and urgencies.
Follow-up on materials, related hardware requirements, etc
Monitoring of work-in-progress and expedite release of on hold lots
Cycle time improvement and resolution of slow moving lots
Provide visibility and support to internal customers, divisions
Coordinate with Quality and Product engineering teams for product related issues
Coordinate with logistics for shipments
Coordinate with purchasing for NPI and hardware
Monitor KPI and perform service rating
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree with minimum 5 to 10 years experience in similar role, preferably from Semicon industry
Excellent interpersonal relationship and communication skills with different levels, internally and externally
Experience in Planning systems and tools
Analytical skills
Management of priorities
Additional Skills
Knowledge of Supply Chain management
Knowledge of MS Advanced Excel , Access Database
Technical knowledge of packaging and test preferred
