MAIN FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
Student & Alumni Management:
? Be involved in aspects of B2C and B2B planned courses delivery.
? Be the main liaison between B2C students and the center during and after their studies. Daily respond and handle student’s requests and answering questions, enquiries and complaints. Know the limit of your involvement;
? Actively contribute to enhance the student learning experience through relevant activities, industry projects, guest speakers, visits, conferences, event and use of technology;
? Notify students of course/module surveys, data analysis and attend student committee meetings, events;
? Inform and remind of school matters, events; academic and department decisions to students;
? Arrangements for student activities and events (welcome, orientation, farewell, graduation) for each intake, ensure all students have all the information and documents needed from the first day;
? Be actively involved with organization and execution of regular meetings with students regards to academic content, tutors’ performance and general learning environment;
? Preparation of student certificates, grades for transcripts and other documentation;
? With regards to alumni, be involved in various yearly alumni activities, manage the alumni database and assist those looking for a job or other opportunities.
Administration:
? Take over newly admitted students from the Admission Dept following their tuition fee payment. Handle newly admitted students’ pre-arrival issues;
? Be in charge of updating data in the Student Information System (SIS); Collect, create and update student name lists in full list;
? Be in charge of managing some Academic resources in the most effective manner, particularly regarding department and classroom equipment and materials;
? Room set up before each class;
? Oversee the set-up of Module and Course in the LMS, follow-up operations of modules in the LMS incl Dropbox, Groups Creations, Upload of Materials;
? Ensure course materials are on the LMS on a weekly basis;
? Oversee students’ submissions and tutors actions on the LMS (grading/feedbacks);
? Assist Course Operation Manager to develop relevant forms and documents;
? Work also on administrative and operation tasks relative to B2B business;
? Based on the level of activity, assist the Operation Manager in daily additional tasks, as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
? Above 25 years old;
? Native Mandarin speaker, good spoken and written English;
? Bachelor Degree and above in any field, major in Photography will be a priority, preferably from an overseas university;
? At least three years of working experience in service oriented industry and hands-on daily operation;
? Proactive, enthusiastic, service oriented and passionate personality;
? Strong organizational skills and detailed oriented;
? Strong interest related to fashion, design and lifestyle industry;
? Entrepreneurship spirit;
? Keen to work flexible working hours;
? Willing to travel.
