Principle Accountabilities:
1. Assist branch HR manager to Implement HR strategy, policies and process, programs, etc. with good understanding respectively
2. Assist to communicate policies and standards locally
3. Assist branch HR manager to support branch LOB on staffing, L&D, performance management,etc
4. Fulfill open positions ( position grade C1 to F1) per talent requirements
5. Collect and provide data for share service and other COE functions
6. Understand employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns
7. Support employee relations activities
8. Manage regulatory reporting and follow-up
9. Ensure compliance with all MetLife policies and government regulations
10. Lead or participate HO HR projects
11. Provide service in geographic expansion in China.
Job requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR management, or related field; graduate degree preferred
2.2-5 years Human Resources experience in a MNC or Professional setting,International experience preferred
3.Multilingual capability with fluent writing and speaking in English
4. Leadership competence:
- Demonstrates Technical and Functional Expertise - seeks out technical knowledge and skills to meet the needs of both external and internal customers
- Achieve significant knowledge of HR policies and processes (e.g., recruiting and hiring, training)
- Demonstrate substantial business acumen with clear, comprehensive understanding of the link between HR and business strategy (distribution channel and general management)
- Communicates Effectively – Demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills; shares information; demonstrate ability to engage, inspire, and influence people
- Produces Results (Responsibility/Initiative) – Demonstrate ability to develop clear, actionable steps in support; directs actions toward achieving goals that are critical to MetLife-s success.
