职位描述：
岗位职责
1、负责公司互联网新型平台产品线的市场调研，用户研究和数据分析。 制定产品线的短期和长期发展方向，并为达到既定的业务目标不断进行调整；
2、制定明确的业务需求和产品需求，能快速设计产品流程图. 产品需求文档及页面DEMO等；
3、和多个部门合作，保证产品从概念设计到开发到上线、内外部实施推广的如期顺利完成；
4、持续跟踪产品线的效果，分析产品、用户体验、满意度与转化率等核心指标；
5、分析、挖掘客户需求，并结合软件运营平台的整体策略进行需求评估；
6、兼顾平台的一些独创软文设计及创意。
任职条件:
1、3年以上互联网或软件行业产品经理等相关的工作经验，对网络产品的交互设计、用户体验提升、功能易用性等有成熟经验和认识；
2、具备较强的项目管理能力、敏感的数据意识、善于分析用户需求、熟练使用网络产品设计软件；
3、对电子商务与网站用户保持有较丰富的经验，对互联网有心得者优先考虑；
4、对互联网产品赢利模式、产品产出分析，有一定理解及心得；
5、有很强的组织协调能力、业务公关和谈判能力，能够与用户、开发部门和和业务部门进行优秀畅通的沟通；
6、了解用户体验设计学，有审美能力，熟悉产品线流程图、产品需求文档及技术功能描述文档的撰写；
7、具备较强的逻辑分析能力、语言表达能力和写作能力，善于利用数据对用户需求及行为、产品发展等进行深入；
8、在OA、CRM、电商方向有从业经验者优先考虑。
