职位描述：
Major Responsibilities:
1> Partner with Zumtobel global divisions to identify, audit, develop, launch, and maintain a supply base that aligns with global sourcing strategy
2> Lead new program launches with supply base insuring alignment to Zumtobel’s quality requirements
3> Participate in supplier qualification process, validating accuracy of all quality documentation and process data.
4> Validate and approve supplier changes, manufacturing processes, and quality systems
5> Provide technical assistance in developing quality systems and other support as needed, partnering with suppliers to improve quality performance
6> Support Zumtobel global divisions and supply base through containment, root cause analysis, and long term corrective actions during critical delivery or quality issues.
7> Manage supplier database, performance and scorecard systems, as well as required corrective actions
8> Help to develop, improve, and document standardized global supplier development processes
9> Understand part characteristics, processes, and required process controls to monitor and achieve required specifications.
10> Other tasks assigned by superior manager

Requirements:
1. Majored in electronical or mechanical filed and Minimum of eight(8) years of Supplier Development experience in electrical components, preferably driver, ballast, LED etc. Experience in metal field will be an plus.
2. Process areas of special emphasis include SMT, castings, injection/blow molding, spline forming (pressing, rolling, broaching), painting, and assembly
3. Ability to read blueprints and determine product specifications
4. Complete understanding of quality tools including PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC etc.
5. Audit experience in TS/ISO/QS/VDA standard.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
8. Experience in SAP is a must.
