? 解答客户问题，了解客户软件使用情况
? 协助销售进行软件演示，参与项目招标
? 培训内部或外部相关人员操作软件
? 新版本或新系统测试，给出测试报告
? 制作软件操作手册、操作录像

任职资格

? 计算机或家具设计类相关专业专科以上学历
? 了解一些计算机硬件、系统、编程知识
? 具有设计师背景或会使用2020design者优先
