Responsibilities:

• Be involved to APAC FSSC Program and fulfil commitments which be complied with program objective;
• Be responsible for team, training and coaching to develop team abilities in order to meet the needs of FSSC and local business;
• To complete onsite migration during start-up period;
• Good management on team daily operation including AR/AP/TE/GL/MD functions to ensure finance data accuracy;
• Effective communication with local entity for problem-solving;
• Strictly implement ASSA Group internal control system and FSSC internal policy;
• Timely analyse KPI and weakness identification, lead team to communicate with local entity to find out improvement solution;
• Enhance customer stratification through continuous improvement;
• Build up and maintain good relationship with internal and external clients;
• Perform assigned tasks by management

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree and above in Accounting or Finance;
• 5-8+ years finance experience with 3+ years relevant FSSC management experience in MNC;
• Proficient in IFRS and China Accounting Standards
• Be familiar with ERP system, Microsoft Dynamic AX is a plus;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software;
• Good communication and English skill.
