Job Purpose
This position is to assist the Customer Service Manager to run the annual subscription champing, they need to pick up/make chaser calls on subscription as well as to take records and statistical work.
该职位主要是协助会员部门运作会员年会费收缴项目,需要接打年会费咨询和追踪电话以及按类别做好相应的文本/系统统计记录工作。
Key Responsibilities
With the support with this position, the chaser activities will be completed as schedule and members renew on time within the region, we anticipated to meet 96% renewal target by end of the campaign.
The details as below:
1.电话追踪所有会员缴费情况, 并提供相应指导和客服咨询;
2.每天将追踪情况分类汇总并更新统计数据;
3.后台数据库做记录和个人信息更新;
4. 邮件/电话咨询回复与记录(如密码重置,如何登录网站在线支付,信用卡电话授权操作等);
5. 根据要求整理数据发纸质快递包括会员卡等;
Skill/Experience Required
? Customer focused and interested in dealing with people at all levels
? Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
? Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skill with good telephone manner
? Good team-spirit and problem solving skills
? Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
1. 有客服经验优先并且口齿伶俐,语言表达能力强,擅于沟通;
2. 擅于做数据统计;
3. 普通话标准,能基本用英文交流,良好的英语读写能力;
