职位描述：
*Mission
Deploy effective and responsive business practices for the SBO process in support of Sales teams that ensure that software is sold and procured at pricing terms and conditions which meet DS short term and long term business objectives.

 *Role Description
This back-office position requires a close cooperation with Sales, Pre-sales and Sales Administration Teams across Asia (Japan, Korea, Greater China Group, ASEAN Countries and Australia & New-Zealand), as well as with HQ Pricing team.
1. Authorizing discount requests on commercial transactions while enforcing corporate pricing rules and compliance criteria
2. Validating some special offerings
3. Participating to the pricing policy definition with a special focus on fast growing industries such as High Tech, Energy, Retail and Life Sciences
4. Deploying Pricing guidelines toSales teams


1. Bachelor's Degree ,with over 8 years related working experiences
2. Experienced in Sales planning/Operation with business background
3. Have experience of multinational company, IT related industry experience is big plus
4. Competencies: Quantitative skills/Communication and negotiation Skills/Analytical Skills/Problem Solving/Team oriented/Eager to learn
5. Fluent in English and at least one Asian language (Chinese is plus)
