Detail of Functions:
* Manage interpreter resources
* Allocate client work to interpreters and translators
* Employee and contractor recruitment (job description, interview and job offer), induction training under the culture, rules & regulations of the company
* Source and maintain bilingual talents from across China to add to Nihao database
* Meet and greet customers at the office
* Assistance to the Executive at office on a daily basis.
 
Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent/good at reading, written and spoken English and Chinese
* Basic knowledge and experience in in-house recruitment or headhunting
* With a strong sense of responsibility, careful and meticulous, analytical skills
* Great communication, interpersonal and organization skills
* A problem solver and effective team worker
* Ability of working independently
* Excellent leadership skills; Ability to supervise, guide and mentor staff members from an administrative perspective
* Must be able to follow written procedures and standard business practices
* Understanding of multi-culture in the business sense
* Strong work ethic, punctuality, accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness
* Excellent computer, MS Office skills and basic design skills
* Professional appearance during working hours; Good aesthetic standards
* Candidates with related work experience are preferred.
