Title
? Retail Credit, PB5

Location
? Beijing

Objective of job
? Acting as the credit expert to deliver the highest possible level of service to dealers including Credit analysis and approval of retail credit applications; Handling critical communication and dispute resolutions; Coaching and sharing experiences within team; Detecting fraud case and sharing experiences; Monitoring and reviewing KPI on daily work basis; Maintaining and optimizing retail credit policy and process; Supporting supervisor to assure the team behaves in line with the company’s core value and compliance requirements.

Task & Responsibilities
? Credit Evaluations and Decisions
? Carry out credit application assessments, acquiring good quality deals; with observance to credit rules, policies & lending standards.
? Monitor feedback from F&Is, ensure timely decisions & communications to customers & dealers.
? Balancing LTV, approval ratio, TAT and quality mix during the credit decision process

? KPI/Performance management and Communication
? Monitor and review KPI on daily work basis.
? Proactive monitoring of virtual team target; ie, CSI/DSI, penetration, TAT & quality mix via active communications with F&Is and DSMs.
? Work together with DSMs, to provide excellent services and professional communications to customers and dealers; including retail credit investigation talks, product introduction, reply to requests and decision making, etc.

? Policies and Process enhancement & System optimization
? Maintain and optimize retail credit analysis tools, templates, document list, policies, process according to regional business and risk management needs.
? Work with IT colleagues to improve, enhance and monitor CAP system functions and performance. Propose improvement on credit process and systems.
? Others
? Handling critical communication and dispute resolutions;
? Coaching and sharing experiences within team;
? Detecting fraud case and sharing experiences;
? Supporting supervisor to assure the team behaves in line with the MBFS’ core value and compliance requirements.

Qualification, Competencies & Experience
? Training and Qualification:
? Bachelor degree in finance or equivalent
? Good English, both written and spoken
? Mandarin
? CPA or CFA designation is a plus

? Technical Knowledge:
? Sound knowledge about retail credit
? Sound IT system knowledge
? Sound knowledge about Microsoft Office applications as well as database skills

? Managerial knowledge:
? Good analytical and communication skills
? Enable to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently
? Good sense of responsibility & teamwork spirit

? Experience:
? Above 5 years’ experience in credit function of a Financial Services Company, Bank, Accounting Firm or other related finance industry or function
? Good understanding of difference within regional credit markets PRC
? Good understanding of Credit and Collections strategies
? Project management experience is a plus
