Lighthouse is looking for a Graphic Marketing Designer that will work closely with our Pan-European Marketing Department. You will produce design solutions to communicate client messages with high visual impact. Graphic design solutions are required for a huge variety of products and activities, such as websites, advertising, company brochures and leaflets, magazines, exhibitions and displays, corporate communications and corporate identity.

You will work with the Marketing Director in The Netherlands and develop creative ideas and concepts choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the client's objectives.

The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.

What we ask of our Graphic marketing Designer:

- A well educated Graphic/New Media Designer with 3-5 years experience in producing both print and web designs;

- A professional attitude, both in working procedures and communication;

- Creative individual who has affinity for Marketing ;

- Ability to work under stress (no 9 to 5 mentality);

- Problem solving skills;

- Interpreting the client's business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose;

- Estimating the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for clients;

- Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research;

- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts;

- Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time;

- Presenting finalised ideas to the Marketing Director;

- Working with a wide range of media, including photography and computer-aided design (CAD);

- Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work;

- Contributing ideas and design artwork to the overall brief;

- Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches;

- Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media (particularly design programs such as Quark Xpress, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D Studio, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver and Flash);

- Working as part of a team with copywriters, web developers and marketing specialists

- Proven trackrecord of your skills and achievements (portfolio with designs)

- 了解各种新型的媒体技术（特别是各种设计程序包括Quark Xpress, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D Studio, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver and Flash)；

- 能够与广告文字撰稿人，网站开发工程师和市场专员等密切愉快的合作；

- 请附上关于您过去各种技能，设计和成绩的相关文件（设计作品集）

Specific knowledge/experience:

- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, CorelDraw, Macromedia Dream Weaver, Flash and likewise programs;

- Good knowledge of (x)html, css and some javascript / actionscript;

- Some understanding of XML;

- Experience in working with software programmers;
