Responsibilities
工作职责:
Knowledge and understanding of all company products and after sales service procedures. Help resolve customer query or complaints;
了解公司产品和售后服务流程,协助解决客户咨询和投诉;
To respond to all live chat, website, and email inquiries concerning customers after sales and service situations. Help enhance the customer experience;
负责回复客户在线、网页、邮件售后服务咨询,提升客户体验;
Collect and feedback customers comments to line manager and provide constructive suggestions for after sales and service improvements;
收集并将客户评论反馈给直线经理、提供建设性意见,提升售后服务水平;
Work with line manager to optimize and report all online service activity;
与直线经理合作优化和提交在线服务报告;
Handle all the sales order entry into ERP system for all company points of sales, provide daily/weekly/monthly data reports;
负责将销售订单录入ERP系统,并提供日/周/月度数据报告;
Perform Customer surveys;
实施客户调查;
Receive & check return product from every single sales channel;
验收公司各个渠道的退换货;
Other assigned tasks by company.
公司安排的其他工作。

Qualification:
任职资格:
College degree or equivalent, major in e-commerce will be a plus;
大专以上学历学历,电子商务类专业优先;
1-3 years working experience, qualified recent graduate students also welcomed;
一到三年工作经验,出色的应届毕业生也可以考虑;
Familiar with e-commerce sales and service process, knowledge of back office operations and procedures for China Market Places. e.g. JD.com, TMall, Amazon, etc;
熟悉电商销售和服务流程,有后台运营和国内电商平台的工作相关知识;
Experienced ERP User with Sales Order Entry experience will be preferred;
有ERP销售订单录入经验者优先考虑;
Typing at least 60 words per minute with 90% accuracy is required;
每分钟录入60字/单词以上,并达到90%以上的准确率;
Good oral and written Chinese and English;
良好的口头及书面英文;
Good user knowledge of PC software;
熟练操作计算机软件;
Service oriented, superior interpersonal and communication skills;
有服务意识,出色的人际和沟通技巧;
Highly developed sense of responsiveness, both timely and accurate.
出色的应对客户,及时且准确;
Flexible work hours schedule.
