职位描述：
Core Accountabilities:
?Assist RM Manager to access seasonal brand images and design into local demands for channels and stores (G.China & Korea) on POS, POPs for seasonal product launches, promotions and new store opening.
?Coordinate with sales & retail team; Ensure timely delivery and display of seasonal window campaign, POS and other props, ensure the availability and high quality of all merchandising materials, working closely with Sales/Marketing/Store planning team to align visual goals
?Responsible with regularly updating database to support field communication and roll out processes
?Responsible for the storage and inventory control of VM props and assets such as POS, window furniture, and etc.
?Supervise agencies and vendors to ensure the quality meets brand standard(KPI)
?Visit stores and ensure that VM/Retail guideline is strictly followed
?Provide support to retail team and marketing team on special event and brand roadshow

Essential Knowledge:
Knowledge :
?Knowledge of design/Visual Merchandising is a must
?Knowledge of the Retail industry would be beneficial
Experience :
?Experience within a VM based role is a must
?Experience of the Retail environment would be ideal
?Experience of a store staff in an International brand would be ideal
Skills :
?Visual merchandising skills
?Train, motivate and coach retail owners and shop staff
?Communicate with a range of external customers and internal colleagues
?Plan and organize store visits
?Able to deliver visual merchandising and brand image
