Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Receiving customer telephone counseling, information enquiry
2. To answer questions, server for customers and to respond promptly with the results and comments
3. Customer Repair Order Review and Check
4. Order Entry and Follow Up
5. Coordination with Sales, Corporate and Customer
6. Repair Order Analysis and Report Generation
7. Maintaining customer satisfaction and cohesion, guarantee the achievement of the company's objectives and requirements


Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in International Trade, Economics, Business, English
2. Outgoing Personality and Teamwork spirit
3. Customer Friendly Attitude and Understanding of Customer Communications
4. Quick Learner and Excellent Execution Skill
5. Ability to Manage Multi-Tasks and Communicate Status
6. Superior Written & Oral English is preferred
7. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
8. Experience with Oracle Applications is a plus
9. Ability to anticipate issues and problems, capable to take actions and resolve them timely.
