职位描述：
Job Descriptions:
1.Handle customer inquiries and services request through e-mail and phone
2.Process and confirm shipment orders information
3.Produce accurate report to overseas office and customers
4.Handle and resolve customers’ complaints
5.Follow up client’s order during weekend and holiday if necessary
6.Other assignments as requested
Requirements:
1.At least 8 years of customer services experience (candidates with freight forwarding or sales support experience will be advantage)
Proficiency in computer application, especially in MS Word and Excel
High adaptability to dynamic environment
High threshold for paperwork
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Independent, well-organized team player with strong communication skills
