职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.随时掌握工程施工进度、质量情况，协调解决施工中出现的问题，督促工程项目按计划完成；
2.负责部门的资料整理、收集，合同管理及其他行政工作；
3.项目的预决算工作
4项目经理交代的其他事宜。

任职资格：
1.大专以上学历，土建/工民建/建筑等相关专业；
2.英文CET-4，英语听、说、读、写能力俱佳；
3.6年以上装饰行业工作经验，具有一定的室内装修知识，了解办公室装饰流程、有一定项目管理经验者优先；
4.熟练操作计算机，及相关软件的操作，如：Word，Exel， Powpoint，Auto cad，etc；
5.沟通能力强，具备较强的团队合作意识，自我学习和独立工作能力强，能吃苦耐劳；
6.有良好的组织协调能力和现场经验，良好的解决实际问题以及突发事件的能力，工作积极主动，能承受工作压力；
7.若无相关建筑经验，英语较好者亦可。
