Job Profile:
Principal Responsibilities:
HR consulting & Labor Relations Management
- Be familiar with the labor contract law and other human resource related laws and regulations;
- Based on the client’s requests and related law & regulation, provide the professional solution and advise to clients about the labor issues.
- Advising clients on developing good HR practices on an ongoing basis and the smooth conduct of regular HR processes in compliance with labor regulations.
- Based on templates relating to employment documentation, prepare for clients offer letters, employment contracts termination agreement as required;
Compensation & Benefit Service
- Calculating and delivering monthly payroll timely and accurately;
- Providing consultation service to employees on C&B operations related issues;
- Accurately implement the transfer of employees’ individual social insurance accounts and housing fund accounts into and out of the company accounts;
- Ensure that each month the employee contributions are made on time and accurately.
- Be familiar with the rates of social insurance and housing fund across cities in Shanghai, and with the basic procedures for operation of the system;
Experience & Skills Required:
- 3 years’ experience in HR consulting services, experience of liaising directly with clients is necessary;
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resource management, English, Business Management, Law or related.
- Excellent communication and written skills in Chinese and English;
- Ability to prioritize and thrive when working under pressure;
- Excellent multi-tasker;
- Strong knowledge & skills in Outlook, Word and Excel.
