职位描述：
Job Description
- Responsible for daily operation of receipt booking, Issue VAT invoices
 负责公司系统开账单，开发票及收款凭证
- Maintenance every customer issue invoices & non-issue details reports
 维护客户发票已开及未开票的相关报表
- Monthly Sales Invoices Tax related journal in System
        负责每月销售发票及账单的相关税金凭证
- Responsible for accounts balance sheet reconciliations on AR and VAT tax related accounts
 负责应收及增值税相关会计科目的总分明细账的核对
- Prepare month/quarter-end closing AR aging reports, credit control, risk report etc.
 负责月度及季度相关报表：包括应收账龄报告，信用控制， 风险报告及其他相关要求报表
 - Monitor and maintain AR statement reconciliation (including inter-company and outside)
 监控和维护应收报表的协调(包括公司关联方和外部)
- Responsible for Company AR collection, DRO and customer credit control
负责公司的应收回款率和回款天数及客户信用控制
- Assists & Participate in Internal/External Audits, Tax Audits and any statutory enquiries
协助参与内外部审计，税审和其他审计
- Finish all temporary tasks from line manager
直线经理安排的其他工作

Job Requirements :
- Certificate of an Accountant
“会计上岗证”或同等会计从业资格
- Good at oral and written skills in both Chinese and English
流利的中英文沟通和书写能力
- Bachelor above with accountant certificate valid in Shanghai
本科以上学历，持有上海市会计师资格证书
- A minimum of 5 years of AR experience;
5年以上AR工作经历
- Proficient in MS office and ERP system experience, Oracle system experience will be a plus.
精通微软Office软件和 ERP 系统使用经验，Oracle 系统经验优先
- Proactive, professional and hard working
