职位描述：
财务经理
一、岗位职责
1、财务部全面管理；独立处理全盘帐务；
2、建立健全公司财务管理体系、流程、标准、制度等；
3、负责财务记账及财务报表的审核；税务报表的编制、纳税申报及常规税务衔接工作。
4、严格控制企业各种成本、费用，建立健全企业内外部帐务，预防规避企业各种经营管理风险。
5、负责与境外工厂、客户的往来账目的核对及管理工作。
6、分析公司经营状况、经营成果、和财务收支计划与执行的具体情况，提交分析报告及改善建议，为管理层提供决策参考。
二、任职资格
1、本科及以上学历，财务或经济等相关专业；8年以上财务工作经验，中级会计师职称(必须)，3年以上财务经理的经验；有外企工作经验优先考虑。
2、英文口语表达流利，能用英文沟通，收发邮件，做英文报表
3、具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧，具有亲和力；
4、有责任心，能承受较大的工作压力；能短期出差；

Financial manager
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Financial Department’s overall management, independently work and manage accounting issues.
2.Set up and update F&A system, procedure, standards and policy, etc..
3.Responsible for auditing financial accounting and statements; prepare tax statements, tax returns and common tax related assignment.
4.Strictly control cost and expense, to set up and improve both internal & external overall accounting issues, and hedge risk of the company in all business and management.
5.Responsible for managing and account checking both with oversea plant and customers.
6.Analyze company's operation status, results and financial revenue and expenditure plans and executing, provide financial report timely and give strong management mind to key leader.
Job Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in finance or economics, 8 years plus’ working experience in finance, intermediate accountant (required), 3 years above’s working experience in finance manager, and foreign company’s working experience is preferred.
2.Good command on English expression both on writing and speaking. Can read and communicate via email and create English report forms.
3.With strong communication and social skills.
4.Strong sense of responsibility, can work under pressure and accept short-term travel;
