Objectives of the Job:
Responsible for GL and the related financial analysis. Finance Project based 50%-60%, routine 50%-40%.
Responsibility:
1)To provide financial analysis, scenario based planning and assumptions validation;
2)To facilitate financials split/baseline transfer to implement the future reporting model;
3) Policies and procedures alignment to ensure business continuity;
4)On time and correctly processing vouchers and booking for all GL voucher and related expense ;
5)Responsible for all GL accounts reconciliation monthly;
6)Support the system to running;
7)Support internal audit and yearly statutory audit;
8)Tax management;
9)Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1)Bachelor degree, finance or accounting background;
2)At least 3 years' working experience, have manufacturing or supply chain working experience is plus;
3)Good analytical skills;
4)Solid finance technique skills with strong knowledge of standard accounting practices, both corporate and appropriate financial guidelines/principles (IFRS, Sarbanes-Oxley, internal controls, PRC GAAP, related taxation law & economic law etc) as appropriate;
5)Quick pick up the finance system. GSKT (site) had BPCS system, and he/she also need to know JDE/CERPS to understand the system interface. Also good understanding of various other financial system, such as IPT, BISON etc;
6)English communication written and communication.
